Our office relocation, from Buckhead to the heart of Midtown Atlanta, was the final step in a year long re-branding effort to celebrate 40 years of beautiful design.
The office is designed with the focus of transforming our work style into an open communicative environment. Our internal design team realized early in the project process that the new office required a strategic workplace and change management process.
This helped our staff to better understand the move toward an extremely open environment and the benefits that change would bring. We provided building evaluation, space planning, workplace strategy, and extensive change management services that ensured all end users were comfortable, confident, and excited about the change.
The work areas are supported by huddle rooms and technology enhanced, multi-functional conference spaces. The conference center accommodates a range of meeting sizes and support our after hours social events. The Hendrick cultural climate has evolved from a segmented team approach to a highly collaborative atmosphere that fosters communication across teams and project goals. Our new office space accommodates this fundamental change in work stream process by providing total flexibility and a "work anywhere" approach to daily tasks. The project showcases our revitalized corporate brand and promotes a team focused work approach. The office design was driven by the well-being of our staff. This was achieved in keeping the private/meeting spaces to the core of the building and the benching workplaces exposed to the glass for a 360 degree view of the Atlanta skyline and an abundance of natural light.
