Hendrick unites with Geiger, Herman Miller Inc for the annual “We Care” holiday event organized to bring some seasonal sparkle to deserving children in Atlanta.
For nine years, non-profit and business partnership known as “We Care” has united over 150 of America’s leading interior design and architectural firms to host holiday gatherings and a fun filled day of arts & crafts for children in need. Local chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America provide the event in over 16 North American cities. Hendrick Designers and Architects donate countless hours of their time preparing arts & crafts for the event to help children achieve their artistic vision creating gifts for their families and friends. Craft projects include decorative flower pots, gingerbread houses, scarves, holiday ornaments, picture frames and having a photo taken with Santa Claus. “This event has been very rewarding to the staff at Hendrick. It has provided us the opportunity to collaborate with the design community to provide a special event for those less fortunate. Each of the children reminds us how important it is to share the spirit of giving. We look forward to finding new and creative ideas to bring to the children each year. “
